01Who you are dealing with
FrostyQ is a service from ThinkTech ApS.

These terms are the agreement between ThinkTech ApS and the business that uses FrostyQ ("you"), including the people who sign in on its behalf. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement. If your business has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins wherever the two differ.
02The service
FrostyQ helps businesses run their advertising. It connects to a business's own ad accounts, store and files, shows how its ads perform, and lets its team create, launch, pause and edit ads from one place.
FrostyQ is for businesses, not consumers. We keep improving it, so features can change, move or be retired.
03Accounts
- People get access by invitation from someone who manages your workspace.
- The details people sign up with must be their own and correct.
- Logins are personal. Keep them to yourself.
- You decide who you invite, and you are responsible for what happens through your accounts until you tell us one has been compromised.
04Connected accounts
When you connect an ad account, a store or another service, you confirm you are allowed to, and you let FrostyQ act on that account as you instruct it to: for example, creating, editing or pausing ads.
- You are responsible for the ads you run: their content, their budgets, and following each platform's rules, such as Meta's Advertising Standards.
- Each platform's own terms keep applying to you.
- Platforms set their own limits and have their own outages. When a platform limits how fast FrostyQ may work, actions can be delayed. That is outside our control.
- You can withdraw FrostyQ's access to a connected account at any time.
05Your data
The data you bring into FrostyQ stays yours. We use it only to provide FrostyQ to you, as the privacy policy describes. Where it includes personal data, we process it on your behalf, and we will sign a data processing agreement with you on request.
06What is not allowed
- Anything unlawful.
- Using FrostyQ to break a connected platform's terms or advertising policies.
- Giving access to people who should not have it.
- Breaking in, scraping, or deliberately overloading the service.
- Reselling access to FrostyQ without our written agreement.
07Fees
Any fees are agreed in writing with ThinkTech ApS. These terms add no charges of their own.
08Our responsibility
We run FrostyQ with care, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it is always available or free of faults.
To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for decisions connected platforms make (such as rejecting an ad or restricting an account), for the spend or results of ads you choose to run, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
09Ending the agreement
Either side can end the agreement. We can suspend access that breaks these terms, with warning where that is reasonable. When the agreement ends, your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
10Changes and disputes
We can update these terms as FrostyQ evolves. We will announce meaningful changes in FrostyQ before they apply. The current version is always at this address.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts.
